Raytac is excited to introduce the new AN54LMQ series, powered by Nordic Semiconductor’s nRF54LM20A and nRF54LM20B SoC platform.
Designed for next-generation wireless applications, the series delivers high-speed performance and advanced processing capabilities, with the nRF54LM20B variant featuring an integrated Axon NPU for Edge AI applications.
AN54LMQ Series: Flexible Options for Different Design Requirements
To provide greater flexibility for developers, Raytac also offers the AN54LMQ series.
The key difference between AN54LM series and AN54LMQ is the IC package, which affects the available GPIO count and module size.
The AN54LM series provides 66 GPIOs, making it suitable for applications that require a larger number of GPIOs and greater peripheral connectivity.
For applications that do not require all 66 GPIOs, the AN54LMQ series offers a reduced GPIO configuration and a smaller module form factor. This provides developers with greater flexibility in optimizing PCB space and may also help reduce the overall cost of the projects.
The module are Designed with EU CRA Compliance
All AN54LM and AN54LMQ series modules are designed to support compliance with the requirements of the European Union Cyber Resilience Act (EU CRA), helping developers prepare for evolving cybersecurity requirements in connected products.
Raytac/abietec will launch nRF54LM20A/B series module, evaluation kit(Development Kit), and USD-A/USB-C dongles in Q4 2026.
The AN54LMQ series modules are expected to be launched in Q1 2027.
