1. Extends operating temperature range to industrial standard (-40℃ ~+85℃ )
2. DC/DC mode available for extra power saving
We would like to remind all developers who would like to adopt that Version 3.1 IC needs to use SDK 6.1.0 and after, SDK5.2.0 & 4.4.2 are not able to compatible.
For those developers who are using SDK 5.2.0 & 4.4.2 to build up products, we would strongly suggest to remind us when ordering.

Raytac's new Module, named as MDBT40-256R & MDBT40-P256R, with nRF51822 32K Ram (QFAC) solution now is ready to shipment.
Part no. refer to MDBT40 means the circuit scheme and module dimension remain the same as standard and R indicates the 32k Version.
With circuit scheme and module dimension remain not changed, all regulation certificate can fellow the compliance without further application.
Remark: MDBT40-256R / MDBT40-P256R refer to Yellow Mark on the shielding case
