Raytac's new Module, named as MDBT40-256R & MDBT40-P256R, with nRF51822 32K Ram (QFAC) solution now is ready to shipment.
Part no. refer to MDBT40 means the circuit scheme and module dimension remain the same as standard and R indicates the 32k Version.
With circuit scheme and module dimension remain not changed, all regulation certificate can fellow the compliance without further application.
Remark: MDBT40-256R / MDBT40-P256R refer to Yellow Mark on the shielding case
